Maison Smalto is committed to offering you a flawless experience. If an item doesn't suit you, you have 30 days from receipt to make a return or exchange.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.
Send an email to retours@smalto.com indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
Carefully pack the item in its original packaging. A prepaid return label will be emailed to you.
Drop off your parcel at the nearest collection point or schedule a home pickup.
Once the item is received and inspected, the refund will be issued within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.
For a size or colour exchange, contact our customer service. We will strive to process your request as quickly as possible, subject to availability.
