I. Deliveries

1. Standard or express delivery

Smalto, its suppliers and logistics service providers will deliver the products purchased by the Customer to the address indicated by the latter in the order.

Delivery area :

- Metropolitan France (including Corsica)

- Principality of Monaco, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain (excluding the Principality of Andorra, the Canary Islands and Ceuta), Greece, Italy (excluding the Vatican and San Marino), Ireland, the Netherlands and Portugal (excluding Madeira and the Azores Islands).

Within the delivery area, all delivery locations are eligible, including hotels, residences, workplaces, and holiday homes, with the exception of post office boxes. Changing the delivery address after the order has been placed is not possible. The products ordered will be delivered in one go, unless one or more products are unavailable.

Delivery in Metropolitan France :

- Standard delivery (3 to 4 days): 8€ (free delivery from 200€)

- Express delivery (1 to 2 days): 10€ (free delivery from 200€)

Delivery outside mainland France (only in the delivery area):

- Standard delivery (3 to 7 days): 10€ (free delivery from 200€)

- Express delivery (1 to 3 days) : 20€.

The times indicated for Standard and Express delivery correspond to the time required for the carrier to deliver the package to the Customer at the delivery address indicated. They begin to run from the moment the package is handed over to the carrier. They do not take into account the time required to process and prepare the order. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday.

From the receipt of the order confirmation e-mail, the products will be delivered within a maximum of thirty (30) days. If the products are not delivered within the thirty (30) day period, the Customer may cancel the order and obtain a full refund.

If the Customer has agreed to give his/her telephone number or e-mail address when ordering, these may be transmitted to Smalto's carrier to facilitate delivery. Depending on the carrier, the Customer may, if necessary, receive sms or emails confirming the shipment and tracking the delivery and having the possibility to reschedule a delivery at a date convenient to him.

If the Customer is absent at the time of delivery, a delivery notice will be left in the recipient's letterbox. In the event of repeated failed deliveries and if the recipient has not come to collect the package from the carrier, the order will be considered cancelled and the costs will be refunded to the Customer.

2. Click & Collect" delivery: collection of the delivery from the Paris boutique located at 44 rue François 1er - 75008 Paris

Where possible, the Customer may choose the "Click & Collect" option at the time of ordering. The Customer will be contacted as soon as the product is available by sms and/or email by the Smalto Parisian shop located at 44 rue François 1er - 75008 Paris to organise the collection of the goods.

The product will be made available in the Parisian shop within the timeframe communicated by Smalto and, in the absence of any indication, at the latest within 30 days from the order, subject to full payment of the price.

The Customer then has a period of 30 days to collect the product from the Smalto Paris shop.

When picking up the product, the Customer must present the email or text message that the order was made available, as well as a valid ID. The Customer's identity will then be checked and a copy of his/her ID may be made, which the Customer expressly accepts by choosing this delivery method. The shop also reserves the right to check the payment card used to pay for the order. The product purchased will then be given to the Customer against the signature of a collection voucher.

The Customer may also ask a person of his/her choice to collect the order in his/her place and on his/her behalf under the conditions of this paragraph. The person so authorised by the Customer will be asked to bring his or her own identity document, a copy of the purchaser's identity document, the order confirmation e-mail received by the purchaser and the authorisation for collection by a third party, duly dated and signed.

After 30 days from the sending of the message to the Customer by Smalto informing him/her that the product is available for collection in the shop, the sale will be cancelled by right. The Customer will then be reimbursed for the price of his order, by the same means of payment used to place the order.

II - Returns and refunds

1. Returns

According to article L 221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the legal withdrawal period is 14 days from the day following the receipt of the product, this period starting from the day following the receipt of the last product in case of an order for several products delivered separately.

In order to satisfy its Customers, Smalto extends the right of withdrawal to 30 days from the receipt of the products.

The exercise of this right is carried out according to the terms and conditions specified in article X.C of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. General Terms and Conditions of Sale

The Customer will make a printout of the withdrawal/return form and enclose it with the returned goods in the package.

In metropolitan France, Smalto will pay the return costs by providing a prepaid label. The Customer shall request it by e-mail to the Customer Service who will send it back to him.

Outside metropolitan France, the means of return will be at the Customer's initiative, convenience and expense, it being specified that the withdrawal/return form must be printed from the website and enclosed in the package.

How do I schedule my return?

The Customer must return the delivered products :

- within 14 days of the expiry of the right of withdrawal,
- in their complete original packaging and accompanied by the retraction form/return form duly completed and, for deliveries in metropolitan France, the prepaid label stuck on the old label of the outbound shipment. If there is no prepaid label, the package must be duly stamped by the Customer.

Products not returned or returned incomplete, damaged, deteriorated, soiled or in any other condition that would reasonably suggest that they have been used or worn will not be refunded or exchanged and will be returned to the Customer.

The soles of the shoes must also be intact: in this respect, it is strongly recommended to try on Smalto shoes on a carpet or rug-like surface.

2. Refunds

Subject to compliance with the conditions of return, the price of the returned products will be refunded to the means of payment used to pay for the order, at the latest within 14 working days following receipt by Smalto of the said products.

In accordance with article L.221-24 of the French Consumer Code, the additional costs paid by the Customer and related to the choice of a specific delivery method (Express delivery) will not be refunded.

The Customer will be notified by email as soon as the refund is issued and the word "refunded" will appear on the site opposite the refunded product.

The refund will be for the full amount of the product on the original credit card used for the purchase.
For returns to the shop, the refund of the invoiced price of the returned products will be made by crediting the original credit card of the purchase.

3. Exchange of a gift

Furthermore, in the case of a gift, the right of withdrawal remains exclusively with the Customer and may not be exercised by the recipient of the gift under any circumstances.

In the case of a gift, the refund of the sum will be made to the person who made the payment, on the means of payment used at the time of purchase.

If the Customer wishes to make an exchange, he/she must contact the shop by e-mail or telephone to arrange the return of the product.
